Tech Arch Delivery Manager (Accenture LLP; Arlington, VA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Tech Arch Delivery Manager in Arlington, VA to align technology with business strategy and goals and work directly with the client from gathering requirements to analyze, design and implement technology best practice business changes. S/he will perform the following duties: develop or support operable and cost effective solutions; review solution blueprints, estimates, conceptual designs, and/or other deliverables; participate in external organizations related to functional, technical or industry area of expertise in order to enhance Accenture's brand recognition; set strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility; provide/implement the strategy to understand and translate business requirements into technology solutions; incorporate technical/development expertise into recommended solutions; ensure technology business changes represent business requirements; develop and implement the best business solutions for the client; lead programs/projects focused on delivering agreed business outcomes for our clients and/or Accenture; partner with clients to understand the dynamic of value creation for the business solution; analyze as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology requirements and bridge the gap between technology and the business; oversee a team and work efforts at a client or within Accenture; provide and maintain application availability, so that the application is active and operating as defined by the SLAs/SLOs, including non-business hours on-call support; monitor the applications and servers hosting the applications through the manual and automated processes; provide outage resolution support by investigating the root cause, impact on user, and the preventive measures; facilitate outage investigation/restoration of service to the Production Environment; organize conference calls, and meetings, needed to facilitate the investigation of Production outages/problems and the subsequent restoration of service; and participate in annual disaster recovery test.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), or a closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineering Analyst, Software Engineer, or in a related IT position, including the following professional experience: 5 years of experience setting up, configuring and maintaining PeopleSoft Architecture; 5 years of experience using data transfer software such as MOVEit; 5 years of experience using PeopleSoft change management tool such as Phire; 3 years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management tool such as Okta; 3 years of experience performing systems strategy, confirming business requirements, leading fit- gap analysis, business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, and client user training; 3 years of experience overseeing designing, building and configuring applications.
