Capability Network Supply Chain and Operations professionals house individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

As a sourcing and procurement professional within the Supply Chain & Operations group, you've got the real-life experience and analytical know-how to support the design and implementation of third-party risk operating models, identifying, evaluating, and providing solutions to evaluate complex business and technology risks.

Job Description:

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
  • Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
  • Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or executive management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
  • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.
  • Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
  • Ability to flex between projects and showcase critical thinking skills
Travel:

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years experience working in Third Party Risk Management operating models, processes, governance and frameworks
  • Minimum of 4 years experience working in an external consulting firm or industry and operating at the Senior Manager equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years experience working in a cross-functional collaborative environment with extensive project management/team management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
Preferred Skills
  • Microsoft Office suite, including MS Access and MS Excel
  • Experience in an operations/consulting setting in warehousing and/or order management
  • SC&O analytics background
  • Knowledge of software solutions systems
  • Robotics experience a plus
  • Knowledge of order management system is a plus
Professional Skill Requirements
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is minimum $157,000-$173,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
