As part of this team, you'll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You'll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

You are...a social expert withexperience across social media's various components, from strategy to content to listening.You have a strong understanding of the social landscape,particularly in the B2B space, and are someone who "walks the walk" when it comes tousingsocial media, understanding the differencesbetween different platforms, and how toleverageeach platform most effectively.You approachsocial with a strategic, not just tactical mindset - but also know that a great strategy needs excellent execution to succeed. You have aknackfor content, from crafting copy torecognizing gooddesign, and understand how people can engage most effectively on social channels. Your people skills are as strong as yoursocial and planning skills. You are an excellent communicator and find it easy to build effective relationships with stakeholders. You are credibleand can influence senior business leaders and team members alike.You have a strong background in training-especially for executive leaders-and implementing new ways of working and thinking.

The role...isfocusedon expanding our leader-driven social media strategy through innovative tactics and training programs.You'llbe a partofoneglobal team of social experts representing different parts of the company. You'll also partner with a collaborative group of teams like Advertising,Campaign Management,Communications, Digital and Data & Analytics on various projects across our organization.

The work...is rarely the same day to day, butcenters on the need to:
  • Drive Accenture'sleader-driven social media strategy and enablement program on a day-to-day basis
  • Be actively involved in the development of new social media training programs and modules, and delivering trainings to individuals and large groups of both internal and client-facing Accenture people
  • Build effective and credible working relationships with leadership across the business-from the C-Suite on down.Provide personalized and hands-on coaching to senior leadership on their social content and presence
  • Work in real-time with global advertising/social leads to ensure their social campaigns involve the right people, at the right time
  • Monitor social content and posts of competitors and best-in-class consumer and B2B companiesacrossour peer set and other companies,to inform our on-going strategy and planning for our leader-driven efforts
  • Develop qualitative/quantitative KPIs around leadership social performance,andprovide reports to leadership on performance regularly
  • Own and manage a robust, multi-faceted social content calendar that spans all organizational priorities; sharing and collaborating on content across executive leader communications staff
  • Actively integrate with social colleagues and extended teammates across all areas of Accenture M+C, collaborating on initiatives and sharing learnings, insights and ideas

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience inSocial Mediaor similar field, with a focus on people social media communications. Agency management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree
Skills and Work Experience:

  • A deep background in the development and implementation of social media training curriculum and programs, with a focus on people enablement preferred
  • Excellent writing skills and an ability to distill complex information into social media-friendly content, and a keen understanding of voice and tone
  • Strong understanding of both social strategy and execution for campaigns, events and real-time activations
  • First-class storytelling, influencing and communication skills.
  • Experience interacting with and presenting to senior-level executives
  • A bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

    As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $90,900 - $153,299 and information on benefits offered is here.
