SLA Reporting PMO SME

The SLA Reporting/PMO SME is responsible for working to support the PMO team and to develop, design and own operational and SLA reports. The PMO/Reporting Consultant will provide reporting solutions that are efficient and automated using dashboards, reporting tools, and excel macros where needed. They will coordinate across global teams to proactively manage SLAs and work with key stakeholders to provide relevant views. Responsible for collecting requirements for key stakeholders and process owners and translating those into metrics that we can use to measure performance in our infrastructure and application delivery support environment. Responsible for the design, specification, and implementation of key reports. Understand the business needs and the needs to automate reports. Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project Build reports in easily understood formats based on reporting best practices. Manage the overall reporting process, reports repository, metrics, and dashboard development, including maintenance. Communicate with customers to: demonstrate the validity of reporting methodology; communicate performance and SLA measurements. Analyze data and make recommendations. Support innovation efforts to continually refine processes and perform continuous improvement on reporting and PMO activities. Support additional PMO functions in the organization.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.

Minimum of 3 years in PMO.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in stakeholder management

Minimum of 3 years experience with SLA management.

Preferred skills: MS Power BI, Tableau, Excel Macros, Automation
