Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture -the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
The Senior Team Lead is responsible for overseeing all manner of operations including weekly monthly reporting, client insight requests, conflict resolution, candidate screenings, promotional development, process updates, Shift Lead communications, resource management, client incubation relations and is accountable for attending weekly meetings with different client members to plan and coordinate team wide process updates, product launches, and the resulting feedback reporting for project value creation. Communication between the project team members and the client is essential and a key component of the role.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Team Lead, SME or Supervisor in an operations contact center
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year experience in end to end incubation of multiple processes communicating with client stakeholders directly
- Experience working with Global Teams training, providing feedback, planning workload
- Minimum 6 months of management reporting experience
- Minimum 6 months managing measured productivity of team and productivity driven operations
- Proven strong communication skills with all levels of employees and management
- Ability to perform special projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills
