The Senior Data Solutions Architect will deliver future proof architectural solutions to support the evolution of the Global Human Resources GHR Data Analytics Technology organization. This role is responsible for designing solutions that not only solve for existing data challenges but also bridges the technology to a desired future state of emerging technologies.
This role will set the strategic vision for GHR data architecture across data ecosystem platforms and technologies and will translate business requirements to scalable sustainable technical solutions. We are looking for someone who can help shape the future data strategy, technology roadmap and mentor development teams on methodologies, processes and best practices on data architectures, data management and governance.
