Security Support Manager (Accenture LLP; Philadelphia, PA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Security Support Manager in Philadelphia, PA, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application to accurately define the IT security issues, and to interpret and design a resolution.
  • Drive incident, issue and outage management, investigation, and restoration.
  • Monitor systems and trends, and prevent occurrence of IT security incidents, problems, errors, and improve overall performance.
  • Schedule, track, and facilitate acceptance of changes to the production environments by using the applicable processes.
  • Operate IT production services according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide Project Management and SAP security expertise in the design, configuration, development, and testing of security roles, as well as respond to Level 3 support tickets to troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide access to users for SAP systems within a complex environment of multiple SAP instances and systems.
  • Follow Pharmaceutical (GxP) and SOX requirements during role creation and provide access according to segregation of duties provided by the clients compliance team.
  • Follow strict compliance procedures with change management for security changes flowing through the SAP environment.
  • Provide expertise in the use of Central User Administration; Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solution; and SAP security concepts.
  • Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions and enhancements that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors which are implemented by the team.
  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
  • Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management. Interact with client or internal senior management.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
  • SAP Security Methodology with work on SAP ECC, APO, BW, GTS, IBP, PPM, MDG, Hybris, GRC, and Solution Manager;
  • Access provisioning and creation, change, and deletion of SAP roles and authorization objects;
  • Utilizing HP Service Management tool for managing and reporting user incident requests and service requests, changes (RFCs), and known errors or problems;
  • Test documentation in the HPQC testing tool for managing SAP test scripts, user acceptance tests, and regression tests; and
  • At least two full implementation of security objects and methodology using Central User Administration and GRC.
Must have a willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
