Overview of North America (NA) Marketing + Communications
The North America Marketing + Communications team shapes and activates marketing and communications strategies across the marketing lifecycle that fuel growth for Accenture's $20B+ North American market (United States and Canada). Its cross-functional team drives category brand positioning in the North American market, curates end-to-end client experiences to drive the local growth agenda, empowers and positions Accenture's leaders, and engages and inspires the company's North American people, recruits and alumni. YOUR ROLE:

S&C M+C Strategic Initiatives and Operations (SIO) Senior Manager

The SIO Senior Manager supports the strategic initiatives and operations lead in developing the overall marketing operations strategy. Including, developing, and managing processes across the S&C group, and providing operational discipline to the Marketing & Communications team. Plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the Function Networks and Strategy teams. The SIO Senior Manager develops leadership presentations, reports, and executive summaries in conjunction with the lead. Acts as the facilitator or project manager for team projects owned by members of the team focusing on deadlines and quality control.

The SIO senior manager serves as team's primary point of contact for Operations, People management and Finance.

Budget management including annual planning, monthly/quarterly tracking and reconciliation and financial requests (PO's, accruals, JE's)

Reporting including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual status and impact reporting for M+C, business operations, business leadership

Planning including annual and ongoing integrated planning across M+C and marketing planning within the business area supported

Operational effectiveness ensuring that central teams/functions are being utilized effectively and efficiently, issue escalation and process improvement

Support growth priorities, strategic initiatives and special projects

Connect and collaborate with peers to share and industrialize best practices.

Act chief of staff for marketing director in area supported.

Lead SIO strategic initiatives and special projects

Manage, develop, motivate, and inspire teams, creating opportunities for personal growth and career advancement.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in project management and complex stakeholder management.
  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Critical thinking/ business judgment, Financial/Industry acumen, Executive positioning, Issues management, Integrated strategy, and planning
Professional Skills:
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $ 113,400 - $171,599 and information on benefits offered is here.
