You Are
An SAP transformation ace with deep experience helping clients meet the challenges of digitization. You're in your element using your supply chain know-how and boss-level creative and analytical powers to solve clients' most complex business problems so their companies can do more. Communication and people skills You have both in spades and you're as comfortable inspiring teams to bring their A-game as you are presenting to the C-suite.
The Work
- Delve into clients' Finance divisions to figure out their business needs
- Advise clients on using SAP to meet their Finance needs in areas such as Accounting, Controls (Costs and Executive), Treasury, Investment Management and Real Estate Management
- Lead teams to build state-of-the-art solutions powered by SAP ERP Finance tools such as S/4HANA, Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), and FI/CO (Finance and Controlling) that meet your clients' unique needs
- Create change plans and lead efforts that help your clients help their people embrace the changes that come with transformation of their Finance functions
- Look for ways to grow Accenture's SAP practice and contribute to landing future sales
- Keep building your SAP Finance know-how by staying current on market innovations and the latest developments
- Use your expertise to cement Accenture's position as a SAP Finance thought leader

Qualifications
Here's What You Need
- Minimum of 3 years of Financial Performance & Analysis advisory experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP Finance technology in a process design/transformation role including experience with SAP BPC and/or SAP SAC
- At least 2 years of experience in a global SAP delivery role.
- Experience with the business development process and SAP Value Proposition
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience
- You understand the technology and how it affects their area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional area and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new
- You have the desire be client-facing and develop a career that involves being at the forefront in communicating to C-suite individuals about how SAP can help them achieve their strategic initiatives
- You come from or will be comfortable in an up or onward model where learning, growth and development are a constant essential part of becoming a successful consultant.
