  • You are a growth focused sales professional selling multimillion dollar SAP deals who has successfully created positive impact through year-on-year business expansion.
  • You have run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and SAP expertise working in a highly matrixed organization.
  • You develop internal relationships, as well as with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by utilizing a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the latest cloud-based technologies.
The work:
  • Create SAP solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs
  • Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading Cloud transformation strategies and practices
  • Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
  • Operate within large teams and direct specific team sales activities
  • Travel up to 75% Monday-Thursday (as required) post COVID travel considerations/concerns (as currently much of our work is virtual)

Qualifications

Here's what you need:
  • Excellent command of SAP technology
  • Existing relationships with SAP Southeast & Southwest
  • Minimum 5 years' experience selling consulting and/or outsourcing services with a focus on providing SAP solutions across industries
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting services working with direct sales with quota of at least $10M - $30m+
  • Minimum of 5 years' proven leading strategic, complex SAP deals; originating new opportunities and closing services opportunities
  • Client facing (from deal qualification through close)
  • Has or will earn credibility with Technology and other executives
  • High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Team player of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree
