Resource Delivery Lead - Utilities Retail & Sales

- Experience in project delivery for applications in Utilities Retail and Customer Services domain
- Good understanding & experience with regulated and deregulated Utilities business model
- Proven experience in shaping and delivering solutions for Utilities clients
- Working experience of applying Agile and DevOps in delivery work
- Experience working with global delivery teams across locations

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration or Application and Infrastructure Support/Development
- Experience implementing at least one complex E2E program including a Platform (Custom, PaaS, Salesforce/Workday/SAP/Oracle, etc.)
- A minimum of 6 years of Agile experience, preferably SaFe certified
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing offshore resources.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in the Consumer Goods industry

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Ability to work in a challenging client environment.
