Responsibilities
Manage end to end Quality, Training Policy Change Delivery QTP execution for site
Responsible for the performance of the Teams on sites
Collaborate with Operations team to drive value in quality action plans, New Hire Success and Change dissemination success
Enable change management execution for routine changes across site
Improve, align, and maintain processes across functional skills of quality, training and policy for site
Monitor performance through metric review to drive improvement
Establish governance engagements within site and across Client groups to communicate execution and provide progress
Engage with Client counterparts on regular frequency to drive partnership and collaboration

Qualifications
4 years of experience in quality, learning change management functions within an operations setting
2 years of people management experience in leading teams front ending client communications
Experience in any process improvement framework or exposure in metric sustainability recommended
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $ 68,800 -$ 111,699 and information on benefits offered is here.
