The Program Project role improves organization performance and achieve program goals by developing and executing end to end project management activities. They demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements from implementation to deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manages and reports on execution of deliverables
- Master communicators across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction
- Develops and launches an Alphabet wide network of privacy and trust educators and stakeholders focused on privacy education to align the journey of everyone in this space from Nooglers and Noogler people ops teams to security education to role based learning teams to Sales and external training about privacy, the story becomes consistent and powerful
- This program enables the compliance stakeholders to have a broad base of resources to show the company's commitment and expertise in the privacy domain

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management
- BA BS degree in any field
- Program management
- Background in data analysis, reporting and workflow optimization
- Experience working in a social media industry
- Experience working in an operations delivery environment
- Experience in change management and process improvement
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
