People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.

Job Summary:

The Digital Worker technology tower within Global IT provides tools, solutions and capabilities that ultimately serves the employee as the end customer. Our goal is to ensure Accenture employees are digitally enabled to be productive for Accenture and its clients. This portfolio includes tools such as Microsoft Office 365, Accenture Portal, People Page, Enterprise Search, MediaExchange, ServiceNow and over 50 solutions that provide collaboration, web, social, knowledge, service delivery and employee productivity capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end onboarding of new Media Solutions to be supported and offered as part of our CIO Digital Worker set of tools.
  • Execute activities per-plan and keep PM updated of progress and roadblocks
  • Assist PM on creation of user-stories and tasks (Azure DevOps).
  • Understanding of the platforms to be deployed by studying and learning from the vendor's documentation and experts. Become a super user of the platforms being deployed.
  • Execute production services acceptance documentation to ensure successful transition to operations for the different platforms.
  • Process documentation for Operations team.
  • Open vendor tickets with appropriate and detailed problem descriptions and supporting info during pilots and/or deployments.
  • Coordinate and work collaboratively with other support tiers to resolve issues/defects that appear in the platforms.
  • Track and execute business pilots for the different applications.
  • Work closely with the PM on GDPR and GLR documentation needed for the different platforms.
  • Track issues and requests raised to vendors previews to go-live.
  • Play a key role in executing activities per plan with the objective of quickly deploying new media platforms.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Technology Project Management and Delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Technology Project Management and Delivery
  • Experience developing technical documentation and process documentation.
Professional Skills:
  • Project Management
  • Technology consulting or technology delivery.
  • Self-starter and learner.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Solid verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to understand and work with a culturally diverse team across various geographies
  • Detailed-oriented, enthusiastic with ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with key executives and customers
  • Ability to closely adhere to operational processes and technical standards defined by engineering team or video delivery leadership
  • Ability to complete assigned, recurring tasks with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $55,100 - $88,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
