Overview of North America (NA) Marketing + Communications
The North America Marketing + Communications team shapes and activates marketing and communications strategies across the marketing lifecycle that fuel growth for Accenture's $20B+ North American market (United States and Canada). Its cross-functional team drives category brand positioning in the North American market, curates end-to-end client experiences to drive the local growth agenda, empowers and positions Accenture's leaders, and engages and inspires the company's North American people, recruits and alumni. It positions Accenture in the heart of local innovation, business and technology communities and champions programs for equality, inclusion and diversity within Accenture North America and the communities it serves.
YOUR ROLE:
Work with a range of stakeholders to create, define, refine, optimize and execute People Communications deliverables and programs for Strategy & Consulting and Strategic Accounts & Global Sales.
Content creation and management:
- Complying with communication policies, guidelines and procedures
- Ensuring brand positioning and relevant messages are reinforced in all communications
- Collaborating to create an editorial strategy and calendar that support overarching communications goals
- Maintaining and building a pipeline of smart, relevant content for multiple channels and audiences
- Writing, editing and distributing email and portal communications as needed
- Scripting and coordinating the production of video content
- Participating in the planning/executing of broadcasts
- Supporting web design and other creative projects on an ad hoc basis
- Collecting, compiling and deriving insights from relevant communications metrics
- Maintaining project trackers, editorial calendars, meeting agendas and other key team documents
- Managing multiple projects across a range of geographies, industry and business groups
- Working in close collaboration with cross-functional colleagues to ensure consistent, integrated deliverables
- Monitoring and responding to queries, feedback and requests related to the communication programs or deliverables

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of internal communications experience in a large complex organization or communications agency
- Experience using graphic design and editing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn and master off-the-shelf and in-house communication, publishing and collaboration technologies
- Understanding of web analytics principles and experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Strong eye for design and effective visual communication
- Experience using graphic design and editing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn and master off-the-shelf and in-house communication, publishing and collaboration technologies
- Understanding of web analytics principles and experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Ability to think strategically, applying out-of-the-box, creative and innovative thinking
- Ability to forecast and lean into the role with a mindset focused on our vision for success
- Ability to measure impact and tie programs to bottom line results
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior executives
- Ability to network, influence others and build consensus
- Ability to utilize multimedia communication channels including email, web, video and social media
- Strong project-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to work within tight deadlines - both independently and collaboratively

- Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
