Oracle SOA Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Columbus, OH): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Oracle SOA Application Development Manager in Columbus, OH to create estimations based on the integration scope and high-level requirements defined for a project. S/he will perform the following duties: ensure the assumptions, role, boundaries and span are clearly defined, documented and approved by stakeholders; coordinate development streams in line with overall program(s) timing and milestones; build deployment plan, including the development plan and schedule, keeping in line with overall project timeline; ensure communication from/to the technical architect of any issues that may affect any other areas of the project; create capacity plan as per the project budget and plan; lead resources; architect development strategy for integrations, applications and components; review and define design patterns based on requirements; participate in code and quality management reviews; develop application and component strategy in line with the business strategy; analyze user needs and develop integration solutions; implement the defined security and data transformation for the interface; understand business drivers that will impact performance; develop interface testing script and validation procedures, programming, and documentation; build and leverage reusable components.

This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), or in a closely related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer or in a related IT position. The position must also include the following professional experience: 3 years of experience in project delivery management including scope definition, estimation, financials tracking, capacity planning for an end to end delivery plan with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office and Microsoft project server; 5 years of experience in architecture, design and build of API/integration with multiple design patterns, data enrichment, encryption modules, dataweave transformations and custom connectors on both Cloud and On-Premise integration platforms; 5 years of experience in delivering API/integrations for internal applications and external businesses using oracle SOA Suite and Mulesoft platforms for both Real Time and Batch data integrations; 3 years of experience in security management implementing authorization and authentication for integrations/APIs delivered on Oracle SOA and Mulesoft API platform using tools like OKTA - OAuth 2.0, Anypoint Security Manager and Oracle Web Service Manager; 3 years of experience in software delivery using Waterfall and Agile methodology; 3 years of experience in DevOps software development method with maturity in Continuous Integration /Continuous Development (ci/cd) using tools like Jenkins, BitBucket, GIT, Nexus and SonarQube and monitoring tools like Splunk, Zabbix, Dynatrace.
