- Help clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle
- Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs
- Lead, coach and advise a small project team in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project)
- Give clients options for designs using prototypes
- Set up, document and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies
- Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
- Gain the trust of your client, team mates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered

Here's what you need:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences
- Ability to translate business requirements and processes into technical requirements and solution blueprints for development
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes
- Understanding of business processes related to: Field Sales, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Master Data Management, Order Management, Billing
- Experience in multiple CPQ capabilities such as: Product modeling, Configuration, and Rules (configure-to-order CTO, engineer-to-order ETO) Guided Configuration / Guided Selling, Pricing / Discounting, Workflow / Approvals, Quoting / Document Generation / e-Signature, Contracts / Subscriptions / Renewals, Quote to Order Conversion
- Cloud ("SaaS") solutions and how fit into a client's larger application ecosystem (on premise as well as cloud)
- Cloud application architectures, data models, configuration, and customization
- Application integration methods including: Web service standards (WSDL, REST, SOAP, XML), Middleware/ETL, Bulk extract/load
- CPQ platform technologies such as: Oracle CPQ Cloud (formerly Big Machines)
- Waterfall and SCRUM/SAFE agile SDLC methodologies

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $61,600 - $114,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
