Oracle Cloud Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Irving, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Oracle Cloud Application Development Manager in Irving, TX to align technology with business strategy and goals and work directly with the client on technology solutions to achieve business goals. S/he will perform the following duties: gather requirements to conduct analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post deployment support activities; provide/implement the strategy to understand and translate business requirements into technology solutions; incorporate technical/development expertise into recommended solutions; develop, implement, test, and support technology solutions for the client; analyze as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology requirements and bridge the gap between technology and the business; deliver quality technical/application designs and that achieve desired business requirements; manage teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture; ensure the application is active and operating according to service commitments for assigned deliverables; review and implement configuration changes according to business requirements; assist in the preparation of system requirements, design documents and test strategies; gather requirements through deployment, work with business users on system initiatives with responsibility for maintaining product road maps and detailed project plans; monitor and support Oracle E-Business Suite application using Oracle Management Cloud; perform design and development of Oracle EBS custom and configuration project for SCM AP, FA, PA, AR, GL modules; work on enhancements and production support involving various technologies.

This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as Application Development Senior Analyst, Software Engineer/Application Development Analyst and Associate Software Engineer or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP Financials (P2P, SCM, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management); 5 year of experience with two or more full lifecycle Oracle EBS; Financials/Procurement development/support/implementation projects; 3 years of experience in assisting in documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, development, testing, and client user training; 3 years of experience in collaborating with clients on business process enhancements; and5 years of experience in performing design, build and configuration with Oracle EBS.
