Job Description

This position handles 2D standard video editing, motion graphics design, 3D animation, modeling for XR video projects. This role will work with our global team of XR professional to design and build virtual environments using 3D animations and motion graphics. While collaboration is a big part of what we do here, a strong candidate should have the ability to take abstract direction and create a tangible product on their own. We live and work in an ever-changing world and our team must move quickly to respond to a change in need and direction of a project - the XR Video 3D Animator, Editor and Motion Graphics Designer will have to be up for that challenge, along with managing multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously. This role is based in San Francisco, California but will work with team members across Europe, India, the United States, and Globally. Work outside of regular business hours and on weekends will be required occasionally to meet the needs of our customers.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in video production.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of video codecs, file formats, frame rates, compression, and resolutions.
  • Agile and fast turnaround of video projects.
  • Ongoing learning on the latest technologies in video, multimedia, XR and other digital platforms.
  • Multitasker and able to work under tight deadlines, able to shift focus on a moment's notice.
  • Must be a curious person for creating next level digital, video, multimedia and immersive experiences and content
Editing skills:
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop expert level
  • Video animation skills 2D & 3D expert level
  • Video captioning in Premiere expert level
  • Photo editing good working knowledge
  • Adobe InDesign, Illustrator very good working knowledge
  • Sound design, sound editing, sound mixing expert level
  • 360 & surround audio editing expert level
  • Cinema 4D expert level, highly proficient
  • 360 video editing & 360 expert level
  • FFMEG highly proficient
  • Blender & other 3D programs very good working knowledge
  • Green screen/chroma keying for regular 2D video, 360 videos, and VR expert level
  • Video archive media asset management expert level
  • Unity/Unreal Engine very good working knowledge
  • Maya knowledge required
  • Microsoft AltSpace VR world editing experience desired
  • Knowledge of VR technology landscape required
Camera operation skills:
  • Canon C300 & C70, Red camera, Canon 5D expert level experiences
  • Multi-camera recording expert level
  • Location and studio lighting expert level experiences
  • Field audio & mixer expert level experiences
Editorial & creative skills
  • Must have editorial editing storytelling experiences.
  • Creative design skills to develop artistic visual experiences.
  • Experience working with storyboards.
  • Experiences are working on projects ranging from short-form testimonials, explainer, training, and social media videos, documentaries, studio multi-camera. recordings to experimental video for XR/VR/AR volumetric video.
Professional Skills:
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $56,500 - $94,799 and information on benefits offered is here.
