In our team you will Lead Software sales deals for Mortgage Cadence from Origination through Close. Originate, pursue and sell profitable software opportunities. Pursue and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers influencers within the client organizations to drive business development activities. Collaborate with Client Account leadership, when an account overlaps with Accenture to create sales strategy to develop winning, compelling, and value based deals. Orchestrate the creation of proposal materials RFI, RFPs etc. and other key events in the sales process including oral presentations. Define the negotiation strategy for deals. Contribute to the prospects understanding of contract materials and support contracting and negotiation input across internal and external stakeholders Ensure key contracting terms conditions, deal shaping and financial structuring, including pricing strategies and or performance based contracting elements are correctly addressed.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a leader in a software firm with relevant Sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years selling and driving Mortgage origination solutions
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the Mortgage industry
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated prior experience leading large Sales opportunities, resulting in an active pipeline of 75M in qualified deals, with targeted close rate of 30M per annum
  • Excellent leadership skills, verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, team working skills and ethical standards.
  • This individual should be looked upon as a role model who instils the pride, values and integrity.
Pursuant to theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, if you are located in Colorado, the expected salary range for this role is 135,000 - 192,000 and information on benefits offered is here. If you are not located in Colorado, the salary range may be different.
