Mortgage Cadence Business & Integration Architecture Manager (Accenture LLP; Irving, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Mortgage Cadence Business & Integration Architecture Manager in Irving, TX to develop, hire and coach Analysts. S/he will perform the following duties: analyze, configure, build and implement APIs; interpret JSON and XML; screen, interview, onboard and train analysts by collaborating with other managers and department leads for MCP; develop strategies for meeting deliverables; support Scrum Teams and direct reports as Product SME and be a go-to person for other departments; support scrum teams and support queues; attend PI Planning and manage review sessions within, to help direct initiatives for quarterly road maps; train workers in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according to organizational policy; plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods; prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any) or a closely related field plus 6 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Business & Integration Architecture Team Lead, Product Technical Lead, Module Lead, Software Engineer, or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 1 year of experience with the Enterprise Lending Center to gather, organize and analyze information procedures related to mortgage industry; 1 year of experience with developing solutions or alternative methods of proceeding that utilize the Enterprise Lending Center, Mortgage Cadence Platform and their backend platforms using SQL and ELC Admin; 6 years of experience in software business analysis process which includes analyzing business requirements and creating from them User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for the software Feature; 2 years of experience in C#/VB.net and Relational Database SQL; 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment with Agile methodologies; 5 years use TFS/VSTS/ Azure Dev Ops to create the Epics, Features and User Stories; 5 years Scrum work and project tracking using SharePoint and TFS/VSTS/Azure Dev Ops; 4 years of experience preparing manuals in SharePoint and tracking project work.
