Microsoft Azure SQL Data Warehouse Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Seattle, WA ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Microsoft Azure SQL Data Warehouse Application Development Manager in Seattle , WA to convert business use cases to design documents or logical flow for implementing computer solutions using his expertise in business understanding, knowledge in Computer programming and Agile methodology. S/he will perform the following duties: implement/enhance cost and time effective programs using design documents using expertise in SQL Server and SSIS; validate the programs against business case scenarios and make sure the functionality is met; work with Business team, IT Team in design thinking sessions for understanding the requirements, feasibility study, discussing on architecture and help in completing requirement detailing phase; participate in sprint planning connects for prioritizing and planning release for development backlog stories in Agile methodology; provide estimate for developing a program/solution; support existing software solution by ensuring service operations run smooth and ensuring DevOps culture of continuous integration and continuous development; support Production Go Live and postproduction support from technical end; work on improving efficiency and performance of systems; and compile and write documentation of software application, program developed and update subsequent revisions, instructions before and after release so others can understand and utilize the feature using documentation.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineering, Sr. Analyst, Senior Programmer, or in a related IT position. This position requires the following professional experience: 4 years of experience in Database Development (Microsoft SQL Server); 4 Years of experience in Microsoft BI (SQL Server Intergration Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL Server Reporting Services); 4 Years of experience in Volume Licensing Data Warehouse and Repository and Ordering Systems enabling Cloud Transformation; 4 Years of experience in specialized functional experience in designing and engineering corporate IT functions, specialization in Finance Revenue Reporting and Recognition with FASB compliant New Revenue Standards; 4 Years of experience in Agile project management and delivery; and 3 years of experience in Azure DevOps implementation experience.

Telecommuting is permitted for this role; need to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.
