Job Description

As a Platform Experience New Associate, you will be responsible for analyzing data while adhering to specific set of guidelines. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our client, while making a large impact on society.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Reviewing Maps location content Wikipedia content
  • Conduct analysis on content reviewed
  • Recognize and follow annotation flows and scripts
  • Research and review policies
  • Research information using multiple systems
  • Relay research findings and outcomes to team leads
  • Identify and escalate appropriate issues to team leads and subject matter experts
  • Document any technical issues bugs
  • Recognize trends in the current workflow
  • Quickly complete one task and begin new task
  • Maintain professional demeanor
  • Adhere to Other duties as assigned
  • Maintain quality, productivity utilization targets
In the context of this role, individuals may be exposed to potentially disturbing content, and will need a level of resilience and maturity. We care for our employees' safety and well-being and ensure that they have the support and resources needed to execute the responsibilities of their roles.

Location

This role is currently virtual/remote for an undetermined time. Once the client returns to the office, the incumbent will work at client premises in, San Francisco, CA. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Hours & Shifts

The role requires availability to work 5 out of 7 days a week, with two days off per week. Given the nature of our business being 24/7, 365 days a year, incumbents will need to bring a degree of flexibility, and remain open to working different hours, shifts/rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service and/or call center environment
Preferred Skills / Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Active Social Media presence
  • Experience with data entry
  • Experience researching data from Wikipedia, maps, mapping tool
  • Experience with software for office productivity, including Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience working in multiple tools and web browsers at one time
Professional Skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for ensuring a world class user support experience
  • Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities
