Accenture Academy is an asset within TO Strategy. It sits under the Talent Segment of Client Delivery & Operations with the current role being Program, Project Service Management.
This role focuses on the management of skilling / talent management opportunities through comprehensive client solutioning and needs analysis, resource management, proposal development, management of client interactions, and management of the client contract once the opportunity has closed.
A professional at this position & level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
- Learning and skilling / talent management knowledge
- Quickly understand each client's specific needs and requirements in the skilling / talent development space
- Develop a solution for each client's specific needs and requirements in the skilling / talent development space that integrates Accenture resources (such as Accenture Academy) and consulting services, as well as external ecosystem partners / resources
- Manage ongoing client relationships after an opportunity has closed
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in skilling/ talent development
- Contribute to assets, offerings and thought leadership development based on client requirements
- Develop a network and work in cross functional teams composed of Strategy, Consulting, Technology, Interactive and Operations practices
- Use AI tools and platforms to analyze skills which drive talent acquisition and development strategies
- Build broader Accenture solutions
- Build awareness of Accenture Academy across internal & external stakeholders

Here's what you need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of client management and solutioning experience required, preferably in the skilling/ talent development space
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Learning, eLearning, research or related SaaS experience
- You have a minimum 2 years managing client solutions and relationships in the new skilling space
- You have a minimum 3 years consulting experience
- You have 3 or more of the following skills:
o Expert level client project management skills, in a learning / new skilling environment
o Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, to be able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
o Exceptional solutioning skills, preferably in the skilling / talent development space
o Excellent executive relationship building skills and a proven ability to negotiate complex solutions.
o Ability to create and deliver influential client communications with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
o Demonstrated leadership in a professional setting (either military or civilian.)
o Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting (either military or civilian.)
