Industry Solutions & Services Delivery Manager (Accenture LLP; Berwyn, PA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Industry Solutions & Services Delivery Manager in Berwyn, PA and the job duties are as follows:

• Identify, assess and solve complex business problems related to the management, implementation, integration, testing and cut over activities of INTIENT Clinical systems;
• Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements;
• Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements;
• Work with clients to gather and develop technical requirements and coordinate the following project activities: Development of a solution design and system architecture; development of Technical Specifications, business process design, implementation of the selected systems throughout the entire System Development Life Cycle including design and build activities; and system integration and testing;
• Manage IT Projects for medium sized teams and/or work efforts;
• Develop and refresh industry go-to-market strategies to support demos with prospective clients and grow market share based on industry-specific assets, offerings and business services; and
• Build and maintain the internal network (i.e., ecosystem) to advance industry solutions in the marketplace and align and mobilize internal resources.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in design and implementation of Data & Analytics solutions in the Life Science industry. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in design and implementation of Data & Analytics solutions in the Life Science industry.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Working on the design and implementation of technology solutions and platforms in Life Science Research and Development;
• Working with a team of technical resources through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, configuration, implementation, and testing;
• Using statistical computer languages (including SAS, R, Python, and SQL) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets;
• Design and implementation of Data Analytics Solutions using Python, SAS, Apache Spark, SQL, and R;
• Applying machine learning techniques including clustering, decision tree learning, and artificial neural networks;
• Utilizing Distributed data/computing tools including Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and MySQL;
• Developing technical architecture documents for technical releases and enhancements which translates the client requirements into technical components;
• Leading the translation of architecture and documents into working proof of concept;
• Leading the development team on implementing the design and building data analytics solutions;
• Using Agile delivery methodologies; and
• Experience with at least 3 of the following databases: Oracle, AWS Dynamo DB, Google BiqQuery, Postgres, Hive, or Hbase;

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Rest Frameworks including Flask and Django;
• Experience with at least 2 of the following Data Visualization tools: Tableau, Spotfire, or Qlikview;
• Clinical Data Management Systems including Medidata Rave, Oracle LSH, and Oracle RDC; and
• Implementing Cloud technologies including Kubernetes Engine, Google Cloud Storage, Cloud Data Flow, Data Fusion, Docker, and Google Dataproc.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically up to approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
