Job Description:

Execute strategic projects such as loyalty strategy market entry , operations, performance management, human capital, M&A, go-to market strategy, competitor analysis, etc. Responsible for shaping and leading programs , including the design of new loyalty businesses or program that translate results from business diagnosis and planning and/or client business needs into transformation programs/projects or business solutions. Include guiding and managing the full implementation of the recommendations and seeing the change through to tangible business outcomes. Ability to shape and guide loyalty program and strategy development across a variety of industries (retail, cpg, hospitality, financial services).

Drive innovation strategy and programs
  • Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative and action-oriented information, insight, knowledge, guidance and recommendations on a specific market-relevant strategy topic
  • Shape and lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions within the digital area
  • Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative and action-oriented information, insight, knowledge, guidance and recommendations on a specific market-relevant digital topic
  • Shape and lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions
  • Identify/prioritize account-level value creation opportunities based on assessment activities and an understanding of high- level visions, performance gaps, and needs
Partner with our clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues
  • Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative and action-oriented information, insight, knowledge, guidance and recommendations on a specific market-relevant strategy topic
  • Shape and lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions
  • Identify/prioritize account-level value creation opportunities based on assessment activities and an understanding of high- level visions, performance gaps, and needs
Problem Solving and Solution
  • Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identifying strategic insights and solving business problems related to the Digital ecosystem
  • Help convince clients of the value of digital capabilities, for example digital marketing services, consumer experience, analytics, mobility etc. to help them define needs and potential solutions

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • 7+ years' experience client facing in a strategy consulting firm, digital innovation agency or high growth technology firm.
  • 5+ years of experience in thought leadership for multi-channel approaches and design areas including physical and connected.
  • 5+ years' experience in growth strategy focused on one or more of the following areas: market penetration, market and product expansion, or diversity strategy.
  • 5+ years' experience leading multiple cross-discipline teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strategic skills: strong critical thinker, ability to architect solutions, and clearly communicate strategic ideas in a clear, simple manner
  • Experience leading and facilitating working sessions with both teams and leaders
  • Experience architecting, implementing and managing organizational change a plus
  • Experience designing, developing and implementing marketing and digital processes and ways of working that bring agility to teams, as well as rolling out new organizational capabilities
  • Ability to establish and grow long term trusted relationships over time.
  • Provide track record as advisor or partner by providing Thought Leadership and profound knowledge of market trends
  • Strong understanding of specific industry, client or technology and function as expert to advise senior leadership
