Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture -the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.

This Group Insurance End to End Trainer role will support a large Group Insurance Business contract. This analyst will be responsible for providing training to new joiners for all end to end processes. In addition, this analyst will provide cross training and support, training teams on new processes, policies, new systems, etc. This analyst will be required to:
  • Support multiple teams and train each group on process specific policy, procedures, and contractual requirements within that space
  • Communicate with a variety of constituents with limited guidance and able to learn and transact using the client's systems
  • Work effectively with the team to accomplish training goals, takes actions that respects the needs of others those of the organization
  • Liaise with other teams as required to resolve requests issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents
  • Support the training process by designing, developing, and deploying the training and performance support materials across multiple processes and teams
  • Support the development of any change management strategy, including communications plan and post deployment support plan and update all relevant training materials and programs
  • Conduct learning sessions and audit as necessary for the application of new processes, tools and systems
  • Liaise with various function groups within the Accenture organization to effectively drive high performance delivery and other similar business initiatives
  • Assist the Delivery Lead in meeting Client business requirements and coordinate accordingly with the affected workforces within or outside the project
  • Create and/or modify business review presentations as needed
    Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to closure according to deadlines
  • Demonstrated discretion in interaction with a wide range of external and internal contacts in handling highly sensitive and confidential information

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years in a Training Role with demonstrated experience in virtual and classroom training
  • Minimum 1-year Group Insurance experience
  • Minimum 1-year experience with Microsoft Applications to include: Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excel Reporting experience to include: Pivot Tables, charts and/or macros
  • Experience in Business Process Services
  • Analytical with problem-solving/cost-effective decision making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure ensuring that timelines are achieved
  • Bachelor s Degree
