You are:

Both a data maven and a strategist who believes data and analytics helps transform business. You know how to interrogate data to get insights to inform strategy and drive business optimization. You're all about helping clients scale data into value.

The work:
  • Help architect and create analytics strategy and offerings
  • Capture business requirements and help shape data, technology, process, and talent capabilities required to sustain analytics offerings
  • Use your judgment to craft solutions to complex problems or seek guidance as needed
  • Stay up to date on client industry landscape in the context of economic social trends
  • Work with peers and senior colleagues in Accenture and at client companies

Qualifications

Here's what you need:
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline, (Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Computational Finance) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
  • 2 years of professional experience with analytic tools and languages in the development of analytics such as SAS, R, Python, SPSS, and SQL
  • 2 years assessing fraud issues and making subsequent recommendations as to suitable analytical approaches aimed to solve diverse fraud typologies
  • Experienced in the application of fraud and risk analytics to solve complex, esoteric, and challenging business problems
Bonus points if:
  • FRM (GARP) certification is a plus
  • Capability in Data Science, Network Analysis, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and Analytics Modeling skills; deep technical skills with ability to work with Analytics tools (e.g. SAS suite, Python, R, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills - with the ability to convey technology and business value propositions and complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Team-oriented and collaborative working style, both with clients and those within the organization with the ability to also work independently, handle multiple tasks, and priorities based on the requirements of the business
Important information

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $84,300 - $185,399 and information on benefits offered is here.

Travel

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.
