The Business & Industry Integration Arch Associate Mgr is responsible for aligning technology with business strategy and goals while working directly with the client. They gather requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. They are sought out as experts internally and externally for their deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise. They enhance Accenture's marketplace reputation.

The Work:

• Client Relationship & Account Growth
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and gain their trust as key Technology advisor
  • Grow accounts through strong delivery and Technical Leadership.
• System Integration and Technology Leadership
  • Make the business case for technology solutions recommended to the client.
  • Conduct Technology workshops to drive Key Design Decisions with clear recommendations and leading practices.
  • Design and optimize End to End Technology solutions with the client including integration with internal and external systems
  • Advise clients on reducing Technical debt, design solutions for digital enablement and architectural best practices

Qualifications

What You Need:

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience
• Experience in either Insurance or Banking or Capital Markets
• Executive level responsibilities and presence: ability to drive change and talk to all levels within an organization (c-level executive)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Bonus Points If:

• Experience with the 'New' technologies & modern delivery methodologies
• Ability to lead multi-teams (cross-function) across GU's
• Prior consulting experience
• Experience in cloud migrations

Travel: Racking up those air miles will have to wait, as weekly non-essential travel to client sites is currently suspended. For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $83,200 - $134,999 and information on benefits offered is here.
