The work:

As a Lean Agile Leader and team level coach, your responsibilities are to increase adoption, awareness, and overall success of Agile delivery programs at the team level. Additionally, you will communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.

Qualifications

Here's what you need:

- Expert Agile software delivery experience as Scrum Master OR Agile Coach
- Expert understanding of Lean-Agile principles, practices and frameworks including: Scrum, Kanban, XP and SAFe 4.0 or similar
- Advanced with Agile development for a custom or COTS application
- Minimum one of the following certifications:- ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
- ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC)
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM)

- Experience managing/leading a team

Bonus points if:

- Experienced in client facing role for Agile delivery
- Deep understanding of all software lifecycle development disciplines - Project Management, Requirements Management, Analysis & Design, Development, Quality Assurance (Testing), Implementation, Deployment, Configuration & Change Management
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience and certification
- Experience in teaching and/or mentoring multiple Agile teams within same Release cycle
- Experience communicating and removing impediments within and across multiple teams
- Extensive knowledge of technical software engineering practices (e.g. - BDD, TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, pair programming)
- Experience supporting a Government/Federal customer
