Federal - Lead Microsoft Systems Engineer

Systems Engineering Lead supports for the installation and maintenance of Accenture's Task Management Solution developed on the Microsoft Dynamics Platform. The solution has been deployed and use by our clients located in the continental U.S., Europe and Asia for almost 15 years. The Microsoft (MS) Systems Engineer supporting the role will be working with multiple MS technologies including Dynamics, SharePoint, SQL, Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, load balancing (software or hardware), Exchange, and IaaS/SaaS offerings including Azure Active Directory, Dynamics Online and Office 365.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Dynamics/TMT solution installation, configuration, and troubleshooting activities
- Develop installation plan through coordination with clients and the project team
- Assist client in development and implementation of sustainment plan for the deployed solution
- Conduct training and provide desk-side support for client technical support staff
- Document solution configuration for the client
- Manage client expectations regarding solution functionality and deployment process
- Provide client Help Desk support, including remote or telephone-based support activities
- Prepare project status reports
- Support testing of new version releases and updates to installation documentation
- Collaborates with Leadership Team to review and contribute to Product Roadmaps
- Ability to identify the organizational impact of the technical solution architecture
- Provides technical leadership to the engineering team when necessary
- Provides expert knowledge of product architecture, serving as Subject Matter Expert to business, operations, and technology teams

Qualifications

Here's what you need:

• Demonstrated experience as a technical lead
• CompTIA SECURITY+ certification (or higher certification)
• Strong core knowledge of Microsoft products and technology
• MS Active Directory design and implementation experience
• Windows Server technology administration and maintenance
• Microsoft PowerShell experience, with a focus on automation.
• Demonstrates extensive web based .Net Application support in a SQL Server environment.
• Firewall boundary, DNS support
• SharePoint Administration
• Experience working with T-SQL queries (writing/debugging)
• Experience troubleshooting experience for both routine and complex problems

Bonus points if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree preferable
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
