The Work:

• Project Manage a variety of projects under the partnership of a design lead.
• Apply Agile and Human Centered Design principles to the manage the creation of Web and digital experiences for primarily government clients.
• Work closely with both external clients and internal cross functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience managing and coordinating projects.
• 1+ year using Jira & MS Office.
• Demonstrate ability to craft project plans, identifying key milestones and activities.
• Ability to accurately assess project health and provide status updates to leadership and clients.
• Coordinate client and team meetings, to ensure project reviews and communications are progressing forward.
• Demonstrate ability to identify risk and issues and escalate to the project leads.
• Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with personnel at all levels within the organization and its clients.
• Manage the logistics, timelines, clearance needs, and operational requirements of each project
• Lead project retrospectives identifying areas of success and improvement.
• Demonstrated time and task management skills.
• Understand fundamental principles of Design Thinking and Human Centered Design methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree.
