The Work:
- Kick-start your career in our Digital Platform (ServiceNow) Training Program to learn the latest technical skills
- Act as a detective, looking closely at software to make sure everything's working to specification
- Apply application design and development across multiple technology areas
- Provide software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations
- Obtain and analyze business requirements and develop technical/functional requirements
- Troubleshoot basic issues on all types of business and technical systems
- Be a team player, supporting your colleagues and the client
- Keep well-written records describing how software works, any special configurations and how to troubleshoot basic issues

Qualifications
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree OR 4 Years of active military experience OR Completion of an AFS Recognized Technical Training Program (i.e. CodeUp) OR 1 Year of Development Experience in lieu of a degree
- Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering disciplines, Information Systems, Decision Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Big Data, or Business Administration majors with technical proficiency
- Have internship or academic experience with programming languages (Java, Perl, Python, Ruby)
- Salesforce.com ADM 201 Certification
- Exposure to Apex
US Citizenship and no Dual Citizenship is required for this role.
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
