Duck Creek Business and Integration Architecture Manager (Accenture LLP; Philadelphia, PA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Duck Creek Business and Integration Architecture Manager in Philadelphia, PA to analyze, review and design custom application build on the duck creek claims platform including technical review and analysis of source code. S/he will perform the following duties: design and maintain integration framework for duck creek platform; design and maintain assets developed using duck creek claims platform as required to support a business change, feature request or a defect fix; identify performance bottlenecks and resolve the high severity issues to keep the custom application built on duck creek platform always available and stable; provide solution for any production issues, outages, performance issues for the custom application built on duck creek platform; work with client to gather requirements and develop proof of concepts for new technologies/solutions and suggest business process improvisation to reduce complexity in custom application(s); act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments; supervise a team of computer programmers to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications; participate in functional/technical designs, code/design reviews for the custom application built on duck creek platform, and in conjunction with offshore counterpart, coordinating work sent to the offshore team in India; work directly with client it leads and business leads, reporting status and progress to senior leadership; coach the business analyst and client about the features of the duck creek product. Positions are based in Philadelphia, PA but requires international travel up to 80% of an average work week.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field; plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a field Engineering Manager, Software Engineer, or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 2 years of experience building it technical applications, including integrating multi-platform client systems and legacy systems; 5 years of experience utilizing and implementing application using. Net framework, c#.net, and vb.net language; 5 years of experience using Microsoft skills such as enterprise library 5.0, asp.net MVC, MVVM, SOA, OOD, WPF and ado.net to implement and support web-based applications; 5 years of experience in using relational databases such as SQL server and working on integrating cross-technology systems using .net WCF and soap web-services; 5 years of experience in using content management tool hp quality center, TFS, ppm and remedy; 5 years of experience in implementation of p& c insurance claims management; and 5 years of experience implementing, customizing and maintaining applications developed on duck creek claims platform, and review code for assets developed using duck creek claims platform.
