Mortgage Cadence, a wholly owned subsidiary of Accenture, has been partnering with mortgage lenders since 1999, offering true end to end mortgage technology solutions that enhance productivity from point of sale to post closing. Launched in 2006, Document Center is Mortgage Cadence s automated mortgage document preparation and delivery service. Document Center offers nationwide document support for nearly every mortgage product, along with eSignature and eClosing technology.

The Document Center Solutions Analyst SA is a frontline customer support and implementation specialist. The SA implements new Document Center customers and supports existing customers by developing a thorough understanding of the customer s requirements, then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the Document Center product to identify optimal solutions that support business objectives and meet or exceed customer requirements. Document Center SA s translate business requirements to technical requirements that internal operations resources can execute on. The SA collaborates regularly with other departments and team members to facilitate customer initiatives

Qualifications

- Minimum of 6 months experience in client facing roles in Service, Support or Account Management

- Minimum of 6 months experience with Microsoft Office products

- Minimum of 6 months experience with software programming, SQL scripting, or advanced Excel formula writing

Preferred skills

- Experience working directly with mortgage documents and or mortgage compliance

- Project management experience, either directly managing projects or working with project managers

- Experience working with Mortgage Loan Origination Software LOS products

Professional skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Exposure to Visual Basic

- Effective time management, organization and prioritization

- Ability to work well as a part of a team

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
