Launched in 2006, Document Center is Mortgage Cadence s automated mortgage document preparation and delivery service. Document Center offers nationwide document support for nearly every mortgage product, along with eSignature and eClosing technology.

The Document Center QA Analyst is a unique and challenging role that blends traditional software QA with aspects of code review, change migration, training coaching, and application of mortgage industry knowledge.

The QA Analyst collaborates with frontline customer service, internal business analyst, and compliance resources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of Document Center documents. To do this the QA Analyst must develop and maintain deep technical expertise with the Document Center solution as well as general knowledge of the mortgage industry. To be successful, QA Analysts must have the ability, or at least the technical aptitude to learn, to read basic programming code and evaluate it against Document Center s coding best practices. When QA testing uncovers issues, the QA Analyst collaborates with others to explain the issues and provide training coaching to help teammates improve work quality.

The QA Analyst has primary responsibility for creating and executing integration, validation, and regression tests that validate document changes against business requirements and best practices. The QA Analyst also facilitiates the release and validation of changes from non production to production environments. In the process of doing so the QA Analyst assesses the changes being released to determine an appropriate testing strategy, then executes a thorough test plan at each step of the release process to ensure changes are accurate, compliant, and up to Document Cen

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
2 years of experience performing software testing, code review, and or quality assurance related functions
Applied understanding of the concepts of unit testing, integration testing, validation testing, and regression testing
Ability, or demonstrated technical aptitude, to read and interpret basic programming code understanding of variables, simple logical constructs, etc.
Understanding of SQL databases and experience with basic SQL queries
Experience with Azure Dev Ops or equivalent software for defect management
Experience preparing and executing test cases and test plans
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $61,600 - $97,199 and information on benefits offered is here.
