The North America Marketing + Communications team shapes and activates marketing and communications strategies across the marketing lifecycle that fuel growth for Accenture's $20B+ North American market (United States and Canada). Its cross-functional team drives category brand positioning in the North American market, curates end-to-end client experiences to drive the local growth agenda, empowers and positions Accenture's leaders, and engages and inspires the company's North American people, recruits and alumni. It positions Accenture in the heart of local innovation, business and technology communities and champions programs for equality, inclusion and diversity within Accenture North America and the communities it serves.

YOUR ROLE:

The Accenture Marketing & Communications Delivery Excellence team is looking for a digital marketing specialist to help deliver Accenture's external positioning. This position includes working closely with a cross-functional team of Digital Marketers and Campaign Managers.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with Digital Marketers and Campaign Managers to:

• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns in support of business priorities
• Manage the development, review and publishing of content on Accenture's website and blog
• Support ongoing maintenance of high traffic/high priority sections of Accenture.com
• Facilitate email development, testing, and execution for priority marketing campaigns
• Support with and implement campaign optimization tactics
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing technologies and strategies

Professional Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on organizational needs.
• Ability to manage a large project load of multidisciplinary projects
• A self-starter with a can-do, team-first work ethic.
• Meticulous attention to detail, quality assurance with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $ 75,600 - $122,799 and information on benefits offered is here.
