You Are
Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients. People in our Client & Market career track drive profitable growth by developing market-relevant insights to increase market share or create new markets. They progress through required promotion into market-facing roles that have a direct impact on sales.

The candidate will be a Consultant within the Digital Banking Consulting practice with a focus on Business Transformation within the Digital Banking industry. Banks are accelerating their core modernization and digital transformation efforts to deliver digital products and capabilities at scale. Accenture is growing our practice to help these lenders navigate their transformational journeys.

Responsibilities will include:
- Develop world-class business and technology solutions for Digital Bank institutions.
- Conduct operating model assessments (people, process, org) and client needs assessments.
- Perform vendor assessment and due diligence of packaged platforms, (e.g. FIS, Fiserv, Temenos, Mambu, Finxact, etc.)
- Participate in process design, requirements gathering, and functional design as part of Digital Banking systems implementation engagements.
- Serve as a business/solution architect during client engagements.
- Participate in the development of best-in-class, re-useable Digital Banking assets.
- Participate in business development to originate new client opportunities.
Skills include:
- Industry experience within Digital Banking segments..
- Demonstrated business expertise in digital banking and operations lifecycle spanning account opening, sales and service, middle office/back office processing, etc.
- Successful track record of operating model design, business process design, and system functional design.
- Ability to develop and manage relationships with client management.
- Experience with implementing core platforms and/or omni channel solutions (from vendors like FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Temenos, BackBase, NCR, etc.)
- Willingness to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday).

Qualifications

Here's What You Need:
Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years relevant project delivery experience in a management or technology consulting professional services firm, and/or 4+ years of equivalent in the digital banking industry, including managing teams or resources, producing project deliverables, managing projects within timelines and budgets, and interfacing with client staff
- 2+ years' experience working on digital banking project delivery
- Requirement analysis/functional design skills
- Core banking architecture knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree

Professional Skill Requirements
Proven ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday)

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $119,000 - $129,999 and information on benefits offered is here.
