Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• Minimum of 1 year of software engineering experience or exposure
  • For example: experience in computer fundamentals such as developing business applications using object-oriented programming languages ( e.g., Java) or experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, Node.js .

Or

• A systems engineering, DevOps or Data & AI background with the ability to learn quickly and share your knowledge with the broader team .

• Bachelors degree or 12 years previous experience; if Associates degree, 6 years of experience
• Ability to meet travel requirements when applicable (could be M-TH)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship building
• Prior experience coordinating and managing parts of a project workstream
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a group setting
• Work on small to medium projects of scale
• Flexible to change work approach/direction
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Knowledge of innovative work styles such as Design Thinking or similar methods for driving inventive thought
