Industrial Products and Services - Industry 4.0 SCM (Supply Chain Management) & MES (Manufacturing Execution systems)

• Good Understanding in different areas of Retail i.e. Supply Chain, Merchandising, Logistics, Transportation, Store Systems & Operations

Life Science: Good understanding & experience with GxP validation aspects, delivering solutions for Life Sciences clients in Drug Development or Research space, Experience with Life Science and R&D industry

Consumer Goods: CG&S Manufacturing/Supply chain (SAP, Oracle, similar platform)

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration or Application and Infrastructure Support/Development
• Experience implementing at least one complex E2E program including a Platform (Custom, PaaS, Salesforce/Workday/SAP/Oracle, etc.)
• A minimum of 4 years of Agile experience, preferably SaFe certified
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing offshore resources.
• A minimum of 3 years of Industry Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in the industry

Professional Skill Requirements:

• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Ability to work in a challenging client environment.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Good to have excellent leadership and management skills to face of senior Business and IT stakeholders
