Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture -the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.

The Compliance Associate Communications Manage will develop and delivers outreach in collaboration with the Compliance Program Managers. Deliverables will be sites, email communication, community email list development, ultimately, will be the development of a unified communications program design to enable compliance teams across Alphabet to easily know and understand who and how to engage with the compliance training program. The individual will work in concert with the privacy outreach communications specialists to ensure consistent messaging and integrated UX on sites for both compliance and learner manager audiences to our messaging.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivers efficiency and quality
  • Monitors, measures, assesses and corrects ones own process performance when executing transactions
  • Performs customer request problem identification and follows defined incident notification and escalation procedures to ensure they are communicated effectively and receives proper management attention to be resolved correctly
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings by processing transactions accurately
  • Identifies all risks associated with execution of the assigned tasks within the business process and understands the security requirements linked to the business process.
  • Administers transactions according to the security requirements in order to mitigate risks
  • Executes core business processes and transactions
  • Performs core business process transactions involving data entry data capture according to defined methods, procedures, and standard delivery solutions to deliver business outcomes committed to in the service level agreement
  • Focuses on continuous improvement
  • Applies understanding of assigned business process to identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA BS degree in any field
  • Program management
  • Experience working in a social media industry
  • Experience working in an operations delivery environment
  • Experience in change management and process improvement
Professional Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
