You are:

A senior professional who works across clients to provide support during solution realization and service transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience within a Cloud environment. You will execute and track issue identification and resolution, and customer relationship maintenance of identified work streams. You will participate in solution architecture planning activities through the transition of work to ensure that Accenture is able to begin delivering on the outsourcing engagement.

The Work:

• Work across clients to provide support during solution realization and service transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience within a Cloud environment.
• Execute and track issue identification and resolution, and customer relationship maintenance of identified work streams.
• Participate in solution architecture planning activities through the transition of work to ensure that Accenture is able to begin delivering on the outsourcing engagement.
• Analyze and solve of complex problems.
• Create new solutions, leverage and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
• Understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

Qualifications

Here's what you need:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working on Digital Marketing in one or more of the following services - Content, Campaign, Paid Media, Programmatic, E-Commerce
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Client Management/Leadership level facing role
• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent

Bonus points if:

• You have AWS or GCP or Azure Cloud Certifications

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $75,600 - $121,800 and information on benefits offered is here.
