This position entails a technical background in modernization of applications. As companies migrate off legacy systems, it is imperative for this individual to understand how a company is technically positioned and how to position that company for the future through application modernization and cloud migration.
Key Responsibilities entail:
- Assessing client current technologies supporting their applications
- Solutioning future state technologies
- Estimating remediation
- Roadmap construction
Racking up those air miles will have to wait, as weekly non-essential travel to client sites Monday through Thursday is currently suspended. For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 year of Cloud Application Development & Application Migration experience
- Minimum of 3 of experience having done modernization work (Re-Hosting, Re-Platforming, Service Enablement or Re-Facing) at large corporations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with mainframe, Java, or .Net technologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. Associate degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
PROFESSIONAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Need to be able to Manage Project- Estimation/work planning/issue management/risk management/client expectation
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in an information systems environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Excellent leadership and management skills
