  • Assign all work assignments, commit team(s) to work, manage the quality of their work, manage the team 's financials and mix to targets, and drive the overall people management within the team.
  • May manage service delivery team leads.
Pursuant to theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, if you are located in Colorado, the expected salary range for this role is $ 122,100-$182,150 and information on benefits offered is here. If you are not located in Colorado, the salary range may be different.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as lead Program/Project manager
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Life Insurance business architecture and operations transformation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, and/or related field; related work experience can be substituted for educational requirement
