Corporate Functions - Marketing & Communications
As part of this team, you'll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You'll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

YOUR ROLE: Capital Markets Industry Marketing - Content Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Accenture Capital Markets delivers content to our clients that drives the perception of our industry leadership and helps create client interactions. To achieve this, the holder of this role will work with the global marketing lead and sub-segment industry marketing leads to create strong, relevant and differentiated Capital Markets content that is available to clients regardless of when and where they are ready to engage with it across different channels.

Furthermore, the candidate will be directly responsible for a number of internal and external marketing programs that are based on specific forms of content or channels. Examples include our case study program and select internal communications.

Overall, the role will function as the 'steward' of our capital markets messaging to make sure we communicate consistently and effectively across our various channels with our different target groups.

The holder of this role will be mainly focused on:
- Ensuring high quality external content is available from Accenture Capital Markets across the different industry segments in various forms (PoVs, blogs, other), leveraging established templates, practices and processes.
- Ensuring differentiated core messages for pieces during content planning and final quality assurance during content production including organizing final review cycles, checking sources, etc.
- Overseeing and running selected content related marketing programs based on specific formats or channels (e.g., client case study program; aspects of our leading voices program; other special programs).
- Program management support to help drive all content marketing planning efforts-including the annual planning process-in a meaningful way working with our industry marketing team and other related stakeholders. Also supporting various efforts throughout the year including leadership presentations.
- Responsible for our capital markets blog (posting and promotion), client newsletter programs and working with our social lead on our overall social content and calendar as well as managing and organizing the creation of select sales related content.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 15 years of marketing experience with the majority in content development and creation

- Minimum 8 years of Financial Services Marketing

Preferred Skills:
- Content planning and creation skills across various formats (e.g. PoVs, blogs, social) including message shaping, content customization skills, industry lens, brief development, critical thinking / business judgment
- Strong writing and editing skills in the English language
- Industry knowledge across all areas of Capital Markets
- Strong program management capabilities and ability to drive selected marketing programs working with leadership
- Experience with various marketing channels, such as social media, digital marketing, in addition to distribution mechanisms and results tracking / KPI development
- Ability to manage internal / external stakeholders and work as an effective team player
- Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $88,600 - $139,399 and information on benefits offered is here.
