Call Center Subject Matter Expert Analyst

The Call Center Subject Matter Expert is a fully trained State Benefits agent (rapid responder) who has achieved expert knowledge to respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operates as a Subject Matter Expert and Point of Escalation for issue resolution
  • Operates in tandem with Team Leads and Operations Leadership to create a culture of team efficiency and drive agent productivity.
  • Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance monitoring assessment of customer calls both recorded and live.
  • C hampion Continued Process Improvement Program for CSR processes, systems and customer experience.
  • Provide nesting support for new agents

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience with State Support Services. Example would be State Medical Assistance, TANIF, SNAP, LiHeap , Child Support Enforcement, or Early Childhood Education and Care Services
  • Minimum 1 year of contact center experience
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with demonstrated process improvement efficiency
  • Demonstrated leadership skills experience in a call center environment
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $39,300 - $71,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
