Business Operations Analyst

Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture -the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.

The Business Operations Analyst will support and provide input for innovation on their project, working with stakeholders to develop, deploy, and maintain plans that will drive successful outcomes for delivery process improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Support process innovation projects and core business development
• Develop and maintain project plans and document progress against major milestones, important accomplishments, and cross functional performance
• Analyze existing processes end to end, perform gap analysis, recommend and implement process redesign and or alternative solutions

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Minimum of 6 months of project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in metrics and reporting
• Experience in process analysis and continuous improvement within delivery operations
• Experience creating process flow diagrams
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project
• Comfortable working with medium to large data sets and performing basic statistical analysis and trend analysis, as well as basic forecasting and modeling

Professional Skill Requirements

• Proven success utilizing project management skillset driving to successful outcomes and understanding lessons learned and ability to apply to future projects
• Ability to approach and resolve issues using a data driven foundation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast pace, dynamic and matrixed environment
• Self driven, creative, and independent thinker

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $ 39,300 to $71,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
