Job Description
- The Business Interlock Learning Specialist works with ACS Leadership, ACS Talent Supply Chain and the HR Partner.
- The Learning Specialist owns the design, development and deployment of ACS Learning, Collaboration, and Knowledge Management programs.
- The Learning Specialist works closely with Operations and Mobilization on innovative and effective strategies that enable individuals to be successful in production.
- The Learning Specialist is responsible for building a learning culture within ACS and providing leadership for ACS Learning teams, including instructors, SMEs and designers.
- The Learning Specialist also works with Global Capability Development to ensure ACS Learning Strategy is aligned to Accenture .
