A professional in this position, at this level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
- Establish people-centric business strategies for our clients, fusing the practices of design and strategy to structure the business impact of design at a strategic, operational, and organizational level.
- Support business design activities including client workshops, stakeholder interviews, business intelligence gathering, creative brainstorms, visioning, and KPI development.
- Synthesize materials and construct meaningful stories to ground the design work in the client's context.
- Help guide the project to ensure it meets client needs, as per stakeholder needs and business conversations.
- Edit teammates' deliverables as needed for brevity, clarity, and maximum impact.
- Support new business development efforts by providing expert information in pitch efforts and client meetings.
- Build a network of colleagues and regularly share progress and insights, learning from each other.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
These are the minimum requirements for an aspirant to be considered for the position applying to:
- 3+ years' experience focused on client facing in a design agency or consulting firm
- 1+ years of thought leadership experience in exposure to multi-channel approaches and design areas including physical and connected
- 1+ years' experience in growth strategy focused on one or more of the following areas; market penetration, market and product expansion, diversity strategy
- 1+ years' experience demonstrated success leading multiple cross-discipline teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ina related field.
- Ability to learn new software quickly; experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision , Axure, Confluence, or JIRA is a plus.
- Knowledge of and experience with applying user-centered design processes.
- Understanding of areas of specialization within the greater design landscape, including but not limited to Design Research, Visual Design, and Content Design.
- Ability to create experience maps, user journeys and service blueprints, interaction models, flows, and wireframes.
- Familiaritywith rapid prototyping methods, ranging from paper sketching to digital prototypes.
