Job Summary:

A CIO Associate Manager leads key roles within a CIO initiative or the operations support effort for CIO's existing application portfolio, infrastructure and architecture. CIO Associate Managers are expected to utilize Project and Operations tools and processes depending on initiative or operations role, oversee key components of the overall work effort, provide supervisory guidance, help drive work planning activities, help measure progress, resolve core issues or follow-ups, influence content and ensure quality.

CIO Associate Managers are typically sourced from one the following capability areas (talent segments):
  • Software Engineering
  • Business & Technology Integration
  • Technology Architecture
  • Infrastructure
  • Program Project & Service Management
  • Management Consulting (Human Performance)

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in capability area (talent segment)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Minimum of 1 years of supervisory and work plan management experience
  • Qualifications as outlined in the Appendix
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the CIO Organization

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $ 83,200 - $134,999 and information on benefits offered is here.
